Instructions

Hold A or the left arrow to drift left, D or the right arrow to drift right; as in the original, there is no jump, brake, or speed control, and the ball rolls forward automatically at a speed that keeps increasing the longer a run lasts.

Because the tracks here are new rather than reused from the original Slope, any route memorization or obstacle timing built up from the first game does not directly transfer — Slope 2's courses have to be read and reacted to independently.

The same core failure modes apply: hitting a red obstacle or drifting off the edge of the track both end a run immediately, so the fundamentals from the original game (early commitment to lane changes, correcting drift back toward center) still apply even though the specific layouts are unfamiliar.

Track edges are just as dangerous as obstacles

As in the original, the ball can roll off the side of the track just as easily as it can hit a red obstacle, so chaining several same-direction corrections to dodge one hazard risks carrying the ball off the edge entirely — every dodge still needs a return correction back toward the track's center.

Rising speed demands earlier reactions as a run continues

Because speed increases continuously the same way it did in the original, a reaction distance that was comfortable in the opening seconds of a run becomes too short later on — committing to steering decisions earlier as speed climbs is necessary to keep pace with the accelerating track.
