Instructions

Street Fighters plays out as a one-on-one duel on a single screen, with each round won by draining an opponent's health bar through a mix of basic punches and kicks and directional special moves before the timer runs out.

Special moves generally require a specific sequence of directions followed by an attack button, so landing them consistently takes some practice compared to just mashing basic attacks.

Because it's built for a shared keyboard, it works equally well as a single-player run against computer-controlled opponents or as a head-to-head match with a friend sitting next to you.

Tips to Master Street Fighters

Learn basic attack spacing before trying to land special moves — a well-timed regular hit beats a fumbled special input most of the time.

Don't attack on cooldown recklessly

An attack that misses usually leaves you open for a moment, so throwing out moves without a clear opening tends to lose more exchanges than it wins.

Practice special move inputs against the computer first

Since directional special moves take repetition to land reliably, working out the timing in single-player rounds pays off before trying them in a match against a friend.
